Welcome To Plathville’s Olivia Plath has been dealing with the scandals that her siblings have been bringing to the limelight, including her brother Nathan Meggs’ DUI. Nathan was living with Olivia and Ethan in 2022, when he was charged with a DUI for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Nathan, who was only 19 years old when he was charged with his DUI, was unconscious at the wheel of his car when he was found by the Tampa police department. Nathan was unconscious in his running vehicle and “provided a breath sample of .087/.088% BrAC” according to In Touch Weekly. Nathan’s blood alcohol level was well over the legal limit, which is 0.08%.

While Ethan and Olivia bailed Nathan out of jail and tried to be there for him during a difficult time, they were clear that they didn’t condone Nathan’s actions.
