I have been going here for years and for the most part I an extremely happy with the service. Once in a while I have been disappointed but that may have been due to the tech not being the best suited. there are some long term techs there that every time provide amazing services. Recently had a tech named Lou do my nails and I am loving them so much that I decided to write a review. I'm a picky gal when it comes to my nails but he did great. Not too thick, still strong nails, clean line, great shape and application.

I am very sad - I have been a loyal customer for over two years. First time in a long time I had a chip in my nail - I walked in to see if I could get it fixed. My tech Sam came to fix it - should have been a 5 min job but turned into an hour and a half ordeal. The owner seems to be holding a grudge against me because I ask for a specific tech. Even though there were people not working that could easily paint my nail I was ignored. And Sam was yelled at when he tried to time fixing my nail with the service he was providing to someone else.I didn't expect special treatment but my nail failed after only a week and should have been fixed with a smile - not with ignoring me and spite.That is not customer service and I won't be back - Tina - do better with people that are loyal to you.

Not a day has gone by without someone complimenting my classy purple tip nails! I've been coming here for over a year now and I absolutely love this place!! Everyone that works at T&Q is so helpful and friendly, truly wonderful people. I've never had a bad experience here. They do excellent work, I work in a factory and it's very rare that I will pop a nail off, and there's no lifting on my acrylic sets. Special shout out to Cam that did the beautiful set in the pictures, she's very sweet and talented! Thank you T&Q for everything you do!

Lovely place and great staff. I go every couple weeks and it is so worth it. I don't have a preference on which stylist, but Tommy was the one that did this set. Service is always fast even on walk ins, and they have a lot of different color options.
