Sorry these codes do not translate. Do you have one computer on engine or not?
Try to get the flash codes from engine computer by turning off cruise control on/ off switch and holding set/ resume switch down. count the flashes on the yellow engine light should be some flashes then small stop then more flashes each code is 3 numbers long. then a longer pause or flash of red engine light then the next set of codes. These are a lot of codes check for power on the engine fuses in the battery box an all earths on frame, cab, and engine.

Don't know what year of manufacture the truck is but if those codes are being found on the dash cluster and they are the same in U.S. as there. they appear to be from the body controller e.s.c. don't believe any of them would cause a no start of engine. as stated above as many of them as you have, it appears maybe you have lost battery connection to engine and or body controller. obviously the engine cranks over. i would also check the power and ground feeds to the engine and body as stated above, if those codes are the same as U.S. they should read like 2023 fmi 14 150 2 even though they show up a-- backwards on dash if you have an e=mail address some body can probably send you a copy of fault codes. there are 110 pages of faults on isis website under electronic system controller all of above seem to be there. i don't know how to send from isis other than printing all pages and fax/e-mail to myself and my boss probably would frown on the use of paper, maybe someone else has more computer savvy and knows how to.

One thing you can do is to take a screen shot while you're viewing the document (the PrtSc button is how it's abbreviated on my laptop; on laptops, you might have to press the Fn key, but desktops have their own print screen button). Once you do that, open up Paint, do a Paste command, and whatever you were viewing at the time of the screen print appears. You can then crop the image to only the essential bit and then upload the picture to Photobucket or whatever and post it here. That would be long and tedious for 110 pages, though... maybe there's a better way.

Are the fault codes PDF files? Check this out:

Thanks! Year of release of the engine 2004. What can you advise to check up to me first?
A bulb "check engine"; doesn't burn.
Simply the engine isn't got, the starter twists, the smoke from an exhaust pipe isn't present.
I think if the problem was in the high pressure pump the bulb would light up check engine;.
Thanks in advance.
P.S. my e-mail: ko-d@rambler.ru
the codes are look's for example:
107:5
2023_14P

I would start by checking fuse holders that should be in battery box. if the same as here, there should be 2 or 3 fuses 1 for ecm 1for idm and 1 for trans if you have an automatic trans. if all checks good there, then you are going to have to track wiring from battery's to engine compartment and from engine(look around starter area) to cab fire wall and under dash inside cab. looking for loose or broken connections or even a break in wiring. looks to me like with all the fault codes you are getting there should be a bad connection somewhere the code in your last post 2023 14p 107 5 for example say's in my info that it is : EGC loss of data to gauge location 7(fuel sensor)fault to primary EGC. Basically the fuel gauge isn't working and the rest of them are are going back to one of the following, lose of data, open circuit, not communicating, output shorted to ground or under current.

I think he started out the same way I did some time ago by hooking up a computer with a CAN reader program probably for J1939. This will give you all the parameter which pas by until the screen is full and the readings are not translated to anything you can understand quickly you need a form of translation program.Correct me if I'm wrong

I wasn't sure if my translation was correct or not, but i was thinking he meant that there were no computer, books or mechanics to work on the truck where he is. if the codes he is getting are from his dash, then they look the same as the his 7th post on the dashes of my 04-06 IC buses. you just have to read code left to right from the bottom up to find in book. but all the codes he posted are from the electronic system controller(body controller), none from the engine.
